  I currently work for an industry leading Independent Fostering Agency rated Outstanding by OFSTED. I lead a team of 11+ social workers in and around England. I manage, supervise, assess, support, and provide training to foster carers and social workers to ensure that they provide a high standard of care and service to children and young people in care.My role also includes managing relationships between children and young people, carers, service providers, and outside partner agencies, by facilitating opportunities for communication and engagement. My 15yrs experience in high end child protection and looked after services both in the local authority and privately has provided me with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field. This, and my ability to be proactive, calm under pressure, and leadership skills is a major factor in Rainbow promoting me to the senior role within 8months of me staring the job.
