  Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) is located in Imo State Nigeria and is a federal tertiary institution. I am an academic staff and a member of the teaching faculty in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, School of Engineering and Engineering Technology. I started as a Graduate Assistant and have progressed to the rank of Lecturer II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE: • Part of teaching faculty for the following undergraduate courses: Quality, Reliability & Maintenance of Communication Systems, Communication Engineering Studio II, Microprocessor Systems & Applications and Computer Programming for Engineering Applications. • Part of teaching faculty for the following postgraduate diploma courses: Engineer in Society and Engineering Economy. • Previously part of teaching faculty for the following undergraduate courses: Reliability & Quality Assurance in Electronics, Optical Transmission Systems, Microwave Communication Systems, Communications I and Electrical Electronic Engineering Studio II. • Prepares Lecture Materials, Continuous Assessment and Examination Materials. • Prepares laboratory materials and conducts laboratory sessions for Computer Programming for Engineering Applications. • Prepares Official Grade Report Sheets for above-mentioned courses. • Class Adviser to the 2014/2015 EEE Admission Set on career and course-related issues. • Supervises 5th Year undergraduate students and PGD students Seminar and Research Projects. • Involved in department and personal research which have led to the publication of papers in Journals and presentation of papers at Conferences. • Serves on a number of Departmental Committees which include Communication Research Group, Welfare, Accreditation, e-Library, Handbook Editorial Review, etc. • Member of the e-Learning University Committee representing the School of Engineering & Engineering Technology. • Attends to academic and administrative duties as assigned by the head of department. Alpha Beta Conulting major clients are state governments and as at 2011, had branches in 12 different states in Nigeria with a staff strength of over 500 persons. The major role played in the state is as a consultant on internally generated revenue issues to the State Ministry of Finance, Board of Internal Revenue. Operations were based on the ePay Platform and eTCC Cards (electronic tax clearance certificate cards). MAIN PROJECTS EXECUTED • Setting up of the Owerri Office Computer Systems The responsibilities handled include: Hardware and software Installation. System Maintenance and Repair. • Upgrading of the ePay Software at the Owerri Office and at Bank Teller Points within Imo State. The responsibilities handled include: Ensuring that the systems to be connected to the network were in good operating condition and that the network connection was through. Ensuring that the ePay Database was accessible and that all transactions posted on any given system in the branches under my supervision were accurate. Ensuring that the ePay Cards being used were in correct working order and that error cards were fixed or replaced accordingly.
