   Managing Accounts: Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaws Oversee day to day operations and ensure no issues throughout the network of Vendors (loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart) Coordination with Cross-Functional Team Supply chain, Transportation and logistical operations. Manage the Inbound team and provide direction to them to make efficient process. Reporting monthly KPIs and analyzing Inbound Shipment vs Outbound shipment rate, Truck offloading, loading rate. Analyzing various reports for billing including demurrage reports, storage fees and share with senior leadership team. Communicating closely with the Director to come up with cost saving measures. Oversee timesheet rating and DC audit. Implemented and launched a data logger project that is designed to measure transit times and overall care of our freight. Administrative tasks- scheduling team members shifts, overtime, performance review. Monitoring warehouse delays and transit time delays- ensuring this has a minimal effect on operations Meeting with Shoppers drug mart executives and ensuring all of their KPIs are met. Liaison with clients directly to ensure that all orders are accurate prior to shipping Ensure delivery of product is on time and accurate by keep communicating with DCs, Truck Drivers and LTL companies. Communicate product orders to warehouse and dispatching staff to allow for preparation of goods to be shipped Utilize online mapping tools and/or other tools to stay abreast of changing variables affecting the delivery of product.
