  PRINTINGBefore Printing : Checking all material treatments, Inks as per required, Cylinder/sleeves/anilox as per job card, viscosity of inks, machine parameters…During process: Online checking of shades, registration out, printing specs, maintain of viscosity, process parameters.After printing: Doing Approval of first sample as per job card, matching shades by using spectrometer, maintain each roll samples after checking.LAMINATIONBefore lamination: Check glue grade, specific gravity and glue ratio as per technical datasheet, machine parameters(pressures, temperatures and tensions), substrates as per job order, treatments of Film A and B, before lamination C.O.F., film thickness/size, Hardness of coating transfer rollers. Cleaning of rollers..During Lamination: Glue and ink GSM, Curling, orange peel, mottling, dent, oven test and physical results.After lamination: maintain samples record, peel strength, seal strength before and after curing, C.O.F., load at max. load, tensile strength. EXTRUSIONBefore process: Process parameters, material specification as per job order.During process: Tackle problems and trouble shooting, high light errors, online checking samples and testing.After process: Physical checking problems like delayer, gel, lines appearing, winding problems, sealing strength, tensile strength MD/TD, elongation, stiffness, C.O.F., shrinkage MD/TD. INCOMING INSPECTION OF RAW MATERIALSINKS: DIC, IPIC, SUNEX, check grades, lot numbers..SOLVENTS: HENKLE, COIM, SPECIALITIES, check grades, expiry date, lot numbers..CORES: length, width, materials, inner and outer dia.CARTONS: check plies, size and materials.
