Team Leader role: Gained experience in managing a team of people and utilising communication skills to successfully ensure calls were being carried out correctly. Compliance Officer role: Gained experience in overseeing other colleagues’ work to pick up any errors made, and help correct them before final information was sent to NHS Scotland.
