  Tzivie Pill is a clinical social worker and therapist specializing in eating disorders, perinatal mental health, body image, career and family dynamics. Tzivie believes inaction to critical social movements is detrimental as being against them, so Tzivie uses her voice, privilege and resources to be inclusive and ally with the black, LGBTQ and persons with disability communities. Before becoming a therapist, Tzivie spent a decade working as an accountant and financial manager, and draws on this to help her clients that are feeling unfulfilled in their professional and personal relationships quiet their inner-critics using relational and psychodynamic approaches. In her work with eating disorder and body image clients, Tzivie practices using a Health at Every Size approach, which she believes is best aligned with helping her clients realize their true needs for positive self-perception and self-confidence, as well as holistic mental and physical health and wellbeing.
