I worked with Tzahi for almost 2 years at Product Madness, and reported to him directly. He has a strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail that made him an asset to the Performance Marketing team, but his greatest strength in my opinion was as a manager. Tzahi is a thoughtful mentor who truly cares about others, and I witnessed him always putting his team and the company first. There was no faster way to rise through the ranks at Product Madness than to be on Tzahi’s team, as he ensured that everyone understood the full business, actively encouraged professional growth even if it would take talented people off his team, and challenged his team to grow outside their comfort zone.
