Supporting the inclusion of resident feedback into the proposed detailed planning application for the whole 36 hectare site.Lead manager on the Business Unit approach of all local and national services delivered to the locality.

Acting as main point of contact for 26 leaseholders whose homes were burnt to the ground in the 2011 London Riots. Liaising with loss adjuster to support residents into emergency B&B and then into medium term temporary accommodation until their homes were rebuilt. Redirected press enquiries, arranged for individual and collective support ensuring residents voices were heard and the organisation was able to help its residents during traumatic circumstances, including getting funding approval to buy-back properties so those who chose to do so could move on with their lives. Supported the local MP to meet with and understand the position of the insurers, managed and allocated donated funds from Lord Harris, the owner of Carpetright whose property occupied the ground floor of the building. Encouraged and supported residents to engage with the reinstatement of the new building.

Vision Homes Lambeth is being created for the transfer of around 300 Lambeth homes from the Local Authority to a newly forming for profit Registered Provider. As an independent member of the shadow board my previous experience in this field supports the creation process of the organisation for the benefit of residents and will enable the company to have an experienced board in place ready for the formal conclusion of the transfer process.
