Led the IT division's strategic planning and the operational initiatives. Partnered with the telecommunication carriers to port toll-free numbers, worked with facilities to obtained workspaces, ran phone lines/network cables, installed desktop computers and phones. Project completed on time with minimal disruption to the business.
