  Manage the Production Arm for all 3 radio stations (Cool FM, Wazobia FM & Nigeria Info) nationwide including Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt, Kano & Onitsha branches.I redefined the refocused the sound of Cool FM & Nigeria Info to reflect and represent their peculiar formats. Cool FM being contemporary heat radio station (CHR) format; Nigeria Info news-talk format, giving a unique feel to the station through imaging and music. Created a totally new imaging format for Wazobia FM with half-length musical imaging and comical sweepers to best represent the DNA of the station.

  As Programms manager I define and am the custodian of the vision, sound and format of the station and make sure the on air product meet the creative and commercial needs of the stationmanaing the stations on air talent and determining the best way to sowcase and deploy them to best appeal to the stations target audience I'm also hands on with the creative process of producing shows and developig show ideas/conceptsA cruicial part of the job was also to mitor competition actively to ensure my station retains its competitive edge and remins number on in its formattraining and human resource development was also a key part pf the brand

  I handled the imaging and branding of the radio stations; Also the Sound Co-ordinator for WE-TV (Cool & Wazobia TV) and I created and managed tailor-made adverts and campaigns for different brands associated with the stations through the years. I am a member of Creative, Planning and Implementation Committee of ‘Praise Jam’, a yearly gospel concert organised by Cool FMI continuously train and mentor all new intakes into the Production Department of Cool FM, Wazobia FM and Nigeria Info in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Kano and AbujaA few of my past achievement:- I created the sound design and “personality” format for the new radio station, Nigeria Info- I re-vamped the sound of Wazobia FM by incorporating sing-song jingles to the imaging style- I developed the concept for a new programme “The Cool Best 20”, a weekly chart show that aired nationwide. I handled the production and management of the programme.- I produced ‘Baba Tope’, a radio drama that aired in Cool FM
