  As a slavage repairman I was tasked to repair units while the line is moving in making sure that the unit is a through runner and the quality of the car is to the Company's quality standard. This included welding of missing studs and repairing of misform flangess but to mention a few. As ashop steward I represented workers in the board room on the shop floor and in the labour courts.
