I recently had the pleasure to work with Tyra when she co-chaired an event for the Children and Young People's Mental Health Coalition. Tyra expertly led the event, which included both Minister with responsibility for mental health and the shadow mental health minister, and coordinated a really successful panel discussion. Tyra also challenged us to make sure we included young people's voices through-out the event to make sure those we were speaking about were represented. Tyra is such a powerful advocate for children and young people's mental health and I was so proud to have the opportunity to work with her. I can't wait to work with her again in the future and look forward to seeing all the amazing work Tyra is going to do!

I was fortunate enough to co-chair an event on behalf of the Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Coalition. It was a pleasure to work with Tyra who was not only completely on top of the brief but demonstrated inclusive and compassionate leadership. Thank you Tyra - I also learned a lot about how to manage a complex agenda from you, some tricks there I will take into future roles. We do not need to be afraid of the future when we know it will be in Tyra's hands, an advocate for our times.

I support the delivery of projects in Mental Health & Well-being. Current projects I am working on include The Mental Health Foundation Young Leaders (MHFYL) & Youth LIVES. MHFYL is a partnership project in collaboration with The Mental Health Foundation. The project aims to encourage young people to speak about issues they are passionate about relating to mental health and have their voices included in all areas of mental health work. Youth LIVES is a national project led by young people, in partnership with Leaders Unlocked, The Mental Health Foundation & The University of York, to shape mental health research.
