  • Responsible for accurate submission and reconciliation of Maternity Care receivable and revenue for all Line of Businesses, which includes research and validation of all maternity submissions and payments, and forwarding issues to the correct personnel for research and resolution• Reconcile any audits, both Internal (Actuarial) and External (DPW) as are required• Provides technical support to other areas in the Financial Services creating reports and helping with requested Data Management• Accountable for the monthly reconciliation of membership reports for all lines of business. To ensure that payments are reconciled accurately• Liable for updating, enhancing Monthly Reconciliation/Maternity process and procedure manuals• Creates test scripts to test various projects/implementations as needed.• Communicate any related issues to DPW and other department (Enrollment, Claim and Provide Service) that may impact on the Finance department• Report financial updates to AR Manager/Supervisor on the progress of all Maternity Submission, monthly reconciliation• Provides updates for AR Manager/Supervisor on any changes learned through meeting, projects, etc
