Tyler has two exceptional traits: First, he is relentlessly enthusiastic to do whatever it takes to help the team. He's sat in the war room and made hundreds of dials a week to very angry customers transitioning millions of dollars in monthly rent payments, and still raised his hand to host an open house when no one else could. Second, he has a remarkable aptitude to learn skills he's never seen before. He learned how to do sales from scratch, becoming Lovely Direct's leading salesperson, and also became the most reliable analyst on the team when diligently reviewing third party partnerships for data quality. He would be an asset anywhere.

I was having a conversation with Tyler the other day about some recent Lovely Direct customer feedback when he glanced at his calendar and quickly excused himself from the room for a call. I had forgotten again that Tyler only works part-time on the Lovely Direct product. It’s not all my fault, though, because Tyler makes that fact easy to forget. He has effortlessly balanced a large workload while establishing himself as an irreplaceable member of our team.
