Tyler and I have worked together in the past. He is an extremely hard worker and always goes the extra mile. Some specific skills he has includes strong financial planning and data analytical skills, sales and people skills, and strong troubleshooting skills. Tyler is joy to be around. He is very good at fitting in with the current team. He is very service oriented and is the kind of guy that doesn't stop until the job is done and is done well. I highly recommend Tyler and would hire him back in a heartbeat.

It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Tyler Harris. I first met Tyler around four years ago at Idaho National Laboratory (INL), where he was serving as Primary Financial Coordinator (PFC) for a number of projects. As a Principal Investigator at INL, I rely on colleagues like Tyler to help me with the financial aspects of my research projects. Tyler, however, rose above the typical efforts I see with PFC's, such that I could come to him with issues regarding contracts, property, and other topics that went beyond simply financial topics, and Tyler was always able to at least point me in the right direction if not help me directly himself. Not only was Tyler Harris exceptional at his job, he was also enjoyable to work with. He always had a helpful attitude. You could tell that he genuinely cared about his work and the people he worked with. His kind demeanor, charismatic personality, and integrity complement his work ethic and broad knowledge base. Any employer should be proud to have Tyler Harris on their team. He represented INL well in all his endeavors, as he would for future employers, and reflects the high standards of such a reputable research institution. For these reasons, I highly recommend Tyler Harris. Kind regards, Dr. Aaron E. Craft Research Scientist & Nuclear Engineer at Idaho National Laboratory
