Tyler is the perfect, yet hard-to-find balance of technical intellect and people skills. I consistently relied on Tyler to handle our most challenging technical problems and difficult customers. The highest compliment I can pay Tyler is that when I gave him an assignment, I didn't have to give it another thought. I knew it would be done and done well. Never willing to rest on his laurels, Tyler was always searching for the next big problem to be solved. He had an uncanny knack for discovering just the right solutions for troublesome process and system deficiencies. I continue to be impressed with his abilities and his success.
