Bio
Tyler Parker
Even before working with Tyler I admired his focus, determination and confidence. He must be one of the fastest students in the program right now with how quickly he advances. I enrolled into the program well before Tyler and he still caught up to my position within a matter of months. It wasn't until we were partners on a project that I discovered how valuable of a developer Tyler truly is. It felt like we were working on a real-world project with how well we coordinated together and how we diffused difficult situations with our code. Tyler handles things very professionally and is well-versed with coding to the point where it didn't take much time trying to explain a feature in code or envision what to do for future iterations. Coding seems to come naturally to Tyler and I believe that may have something to do with the scientific foundation he's established with his education at the U. I would happily work on a team with Tyler.

Tyler was an outstanding employee at Octapharma. His adaptability and flexibility helped him to grow and cross-train within the center, including becoming a trainer. He was respectful and communicative with his team as well as the donors he served. He resolved issues that arose quickly and with very few, if any, errors. Tyler could be depended upon to complete tasks with little to no supervision. His calm demeanor and equanimity under pressure was an asset to his team. Tyler was transparent about his goals and kept management in the loop as they changed. I was sorry to see him leave, and if I could hire Tyler back, I would immediately.
