Tyler is in constant pursuit of sales mastery. What I enjoy the most about him is that he constantly studies the best teachers in the world, and then tests everything out. I have personally observed him hone his skills and go from "new hire" mode to "top performer" mode. While he is great right now, he will continue to get better.
