Aether & Iron is an original RPG IP that features a sci-fi gangster world of the 1930's. My primary roles have been narrative designer and writer, developing the IP from the ground up. I have been responsible for the following:- Developed and pitched IP of a sci-fi 1930’s New York City strategy game- Created and communicated general design and vision documents- Created and presented narrative design documents and strategies- Collaborated with UX to test and implement feedback- Wrote script, history, plot, world, character, and faction documents- Carried out historical research for world building factions and characters- Integrated written materials into Unity via Pixel Crushers- Built project schedules, provided cost estimates, adapted content to scope- Carried out interviews and staff acquisition- Conducted meetings with external partners, including publishers and studios Show less

While working on the Leviathans (a historical strategy game based in an alternative World War One) project, I was the key point of contact with the IP holder. I researched, wrote, and designed much of the creative content for the game while also assembling and managing the art team. I also worked in the following capacity:- Acted as primary contact with IP holder, Catalyst Game Labs- Transformed the IP into narrative and game design documents for an RTS- Wrote a short story for Leviathans: Armored Skies to bolster the IP- Conducted historical research into WW1 and built briefs for the team- Wrote script, history, plot, world, character, and faction documents- Built an art team from the ground up and managed their art pipeline- Managed the website and social media accounts- Onboarded and worked with the Powell Group in business development Show less
