  This is a skilled nursing facility located across the street from Danbury Hospital. It has both long-term and short-term care residents with a variety of physical and mental disabilities and limitations. During my time here I worked with an interdisciplinary team consisting of occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech language pathologists to evaluate and create intervention plans for patients so that they may return to living as independently as possible.
