Tyler can rig up just about anything; in Max or Maya! He can write code in both, hop over to production and save the day, develop a Maya meta-node core library and develop a modular vehicle rigging system in PyMel, all in blazing fast time. He's the one I want on my team. Oh, and you'll never meet a nicer fellow to work with. I plan on following his deeds for years to come.

Tyler has been a great addition to the technical art/animation team at Volition. He had to hit the ground running, learn a great deal of pipelines and processes and start contributing right away. He worked under my direction for the duration of Saints Row: The Third and it was great to see that he picked up everything very fast and was deep into tools work and support in no time. He took direction well and became a valuable asset to the team. He ultimately became the first line of support for the character artists as well tackling most of the cloth rigging and simulation tasks for the project. When the next project started up I had no problem recommending him to take over full support of the character and animation team with practically no direction from myself. Tyler has impressed me time and again with his commitment and dedication to his work in his relatively short time in the industry.
