Worked on a bird and small mammal project on East Foundation properties near Hebbronville, TX (San Antonio Viejo Ranch) and Port Mansfield, TX (El Sauz Ranch). The mammal project involved mark-recapture sampling using Sherman trapping grids, and also involved some limited PIT tagging on several target species. The bird project involved mainly point counts, but also territory monitoring and productivity plotting on the El Sauz ranch.
