Jobs required communications with the customer over the phone, as well as in person. Responsible for keeping track of own stock, equipment, and supplies for the varying workloads each day using a barcoded system. The job required Technicians to be skilled in common construction tools (pliers, wire cutters, hammers, wrenches, drills, etc.), as well as more specialized tools (Compression Crimp Tool, Terminator Tool, Cable Stripper, etc.).
