      As a Certified Cable Technician, duties included: installing, repairing, and/or replacement of equipment (cabling, broadband, and telecommunication networks). These tasks were performed within commercial and residential locations. The assignments called for a variety of problem solving skills to in order to address customer issues. Jobs required communications with the customer over the phone, as well as in person. Responsible for keeping track of own stock, equipment, and supplies for the varying workloads each day using a barcoded system. Used tablet, and smart phones to keep track of assignments as they came in. The job required Technicians to be skilled in common construction tools (pliers, wire cutters, hammers, wrenches, drills, etc.), as well as more specialized tools (Compression Crimp Tool, Terminator Tool, Cable Stripper, etc.).
