  ABC is the best trade school offering in Iowa and with increased membership interest from across the state, we are growing to meet the demands of our members. I am currently overseeing all classes in our three locations and work to assist all students and instructors with online homework, in person lab requirements and grading reviews, which enables our members, students and instructors to navigate our offerings with confidence. In working directly with instructors, I am helping to guide seamless instructing and consistent delivery for all students to successfully pass their Journeyman's exam. In addition to offering support to our established apprenticeship program, I work with our members to continue to expand our apprenticeship throughout the state. One of my goals is to bring focus to the growing world of apprenticeships and all the benefits they can provide to our community and local businesses. What I have always been passionate about in the work I do is growing through helping others and I enjoy collaboration. I am always interested with connecting and learning from others and making a positive difference in the work completed. I continuously work to improve communication and maintain an ongoing relationship between students, instructors, ABC members and staff in order to provide a positive image of the construction trades and to attract more candidates to the industry.
