Jeanie C.

Tyler may be one of the most creative individuals I've ever worked with who is equally adept at working in a non-creative field. He's a great people person (always kept us entertained at Health Catalyst) who stays focused on the task at hand - but proves himself to be nimble enough to change directions whenever deemed necessary. Tyler is upbeat, positive, dedicated - a great asset to any team.

As a member of the Senior Staff, I oversaw the marketing department and guest services for the Festival. This included responsibility for all ticket sales, media, public relations, content creation, agency and partner management, as well as guest services of on-site retail and concessions and volunteer management (300+). Spearheaded the selection, adoption, and implementation of a new mar-tech stack with a new CRM as the center, which allowed for better tracking of guests and donors. Created annual marketing plans on cross-channel advertising and PR spend, with an emphasis on digital improvements and executed those plans resulting in an industry defying 8% increase in ticket sales. (Live theatre national averages at this time were seeing drops of 5-7% annually.) Show less

As the Marketo super-user/administrator, I had responsibility for lead scoring and all lead acquisition programs, as well as data integrity and integration with our CRM and CM systems. I also led and coordinated with cross functional teams and external partners to deliver content through the designated channels. I also managed data clean up, video interviews, demos, content system uploads, and editing. I created as well as hosted and managed Health Catalyst's industry leading webinar programs, with 3-4X registration and attendance results above industry benchmarks. I have had responsibility for all external email marketing campaigns with a weekly reach of ~300K, but then passed that responsibility to another team member. I also worked with our team members responsible for events, and have helped with organization and execution of our HIMSS, IHI, and HFMA efforts, as well as our Healthcare Analytics Summit. Show less
