Working as a supervisor for QSR group was the best, it was a wonderful opportunity. They have cultivated a culture of Caring, Respect, Kindness, Integrity, Profitability, Mentorship, and most of all togetherness, humility, and teamwork. Our staff are educated, polite, good people and we loved making the Tim Hortons experience a good one. As the senior supervisor at the store, I was responsible for the weekend operations of our location, accounting for roughly 25-30% of the weekly sales. I was given permission by my manager to train all positions on the team and also shape the messaging and the procedures of the store.
