  As a counselor, I directed kids from the ages of 6 to 12 through different games and activities. At the camp we led the kids in canoeing, archery, and fishing. Often, this camp was the first exposure to archery and canoeing for many of the kids, so I got the opportunity to teach the kids these things. For the summers of 2014 and 2015 I was the supervisor of this camp, and in that role I designed the schedule for the summer while also supervising six other leaders.
