Anywhere I go, I would hire Tyler in a heartbeat again if I could! He is one of the most dedicated, eager to learn, pro-active engineers I have seen! Tyler persists till he succeeds at his goals and then is good at documenting, teaching and mentoring others in performing those functions. His knowledge of healthcare, especially integration aspects is an invaluable asset in making disparate healthcare IT systems work together harmoniously! He would be an asset to any company he works for!

Six Arrows Consulting, is my own startup consulting company started in February of 2016 after Sandlot Solutions went bankrupt. I started this company to continue to finish building the applications for several key clients that were unable to become fully production ready. Project: One Health Port – 04/16 – 08/16 • On-site Installation and Configuration of Clinical Repository and MPI (Master Patient Index) software. This included tuning matching rules, creating and defining policies and procedures for handling duplicate clean-up efforts. Modified existing OID structures in OHP development and production databases. • Created documentation and conducted on-site training Executive Team and developers on how to modify and create scripts in the database to pull specific criteria and or change/modify certain fields within the database. Conducted on-site training workshops for the Clinical Repository and EMPI Portal software. This included hands on training, workflow design and configurations, train the trainer sessions to both team members and Executive Board members. Designed structure around OID (Object Identifier) configurations that are tailored to each ACO Client and their constituent participants such as primary care facilities, hospitals, specialty physicians and sometimes other HIEs. Project: NetChemistry – 08/16 – 02/17 • Created Provide and Register documents for sending transactions from NetChemistry’s eConsult platform to NetSmarts EMR for creating a patient. This also allowed NetSmart to then return a CCD-A back into eConsult. Created detailed documentation and training guides for NetChemistry clients including L.A. County and Chicago Metro. Started a new initiative with NetChemistry and Los Angeles County for assisting the homeless population called Bridges. This new initiative helps with medical assistance and medications, assigning a case worker to better help with housing, skills training, resume building, etc.
