I manage my time to maintain an efficient production load. My job requires me to play many roles other than simply a worker. Most days I'm required answer questions among all the departments to maintain clear communication and best practices. There are days where I'm often working in other departments to fix issues or cover someone else's position, requiring me to be a machinist, electronic technician and managerial problem solver. My responsibilities were considerably high as I was only one of two people who worked for the company at the time. I work with the owner of the company directly under his supervision and sometimes with only instructions he's given me to follow through without supervision. We worked on multiple projects at once in different locations around Oregon ranging from mosaic's, remodels and framing new room additions, drywall, and innovative and creative building for clientele. Unfortunately I had to leave the company due to it closing its doors. Show less
