Build manifest, seasons, events, and price codes via Ticketmaster Archtics for all products, including season tickets, partial seasons, group tickets & hospitality areas. Process twice monthly payment plans for season tickets & partial plans. Create (roughly) 350 price codes per game for all 34 home games. Work closely on Archtics sales & Host sales, managed by Tucson Arena Box Office staff. Create and update reports for Arizona Coyotes & Roadrunners Executive Teams & American Hockey League. Weekly reports include tickets, plans, revenue, plus year over year tracking. Post-game reports for the same categories for all 34 home games, as well as attendance tracking. Involved with monthly audits & settlements with Roadrunners, Tucson Arena & City of Tucson.Additional duties of Ticket Sales Manager for six months while position was vacant. Oversaw staff of 11 ticket sales representatives (six full-time & five part-time). Motivated, encouraged, and assisted in selling full menu of products.
