Tyler is one of my former students at Aurora University. Over the years, I've taught undergraduate and graduate students at various institutions and in different disciplines. Tyler was in my social entrepreneurship courses and was a class leader. He stands out among many of my students as an exemplary student and individual. He is bright, ambitious, kind and compassionate. He is diligent and resourceful. He led class discussions and took the time and effort to help his classmates. Tyler conducted himself with professionalism and integrity. He is a Servant Leader and reliable team player. I highly recommend Tyler as he is and always will be an asset to any organization.

July 19, 2021 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing you regarding Tyler Jackson. I have known Tyler for over 6 months. He has been interning with IL Public Health Association to assist in Chairing our Health Equity Section. This section assists the Association in identifying the skills, organizational practices, and infrastructure needed to address health equity and provides insights into steps our members can take to ensure their organizations can have an impact on this growing problem. I find Tyler to be very flexible and sensitive in relation to his work ethic and involvement. He loves to interact with individuals and is a very kind and gentle person with those requiring a little more patience than others. He is always willing to sacrifice as I have seen him on numerous occasions humbly offer his time and talents to assist on the project in several ways. I have really enjoyed having Tyler assist me in my role as IPHA’s Health Equity Officer. Tyler is always ready to go over and above what I might expect and has a great spirit about himself. If you ask Tyler to perform something you can trust that it will be done and done well, and there is nothing better than having someone that will lend a helping hand in that way. It makes my job much easier when Tyler is around. He is truly one of integrity and has not required a lot of supervision. I am excited to see that attaining a rewarding position has been placed in Taylor’s life. He is goal and mission-minded and has a heart for everything to which he applies himself to. I know he will wholeheartedly follow this next chapter to the end. I can easily say that he is mature and intelligent beyond and is prepared for what the future holds. Respectfully, Chris Wade, IPHA Health Equity Officer CWade@ipha.com
