TJ Kaplan worked with me in the Fall of 2011 supporting a legislative study commission. OPAR's role was to assist with research tasks as the work of the commission unfolded. TJ ended up doing all of the legwork on these requests. I provided him very broad guidance, and he would come back with a thorough analysis of the task. In addition to being a great research assistant, he is a charming and kind person. He is committed to his family, his friends, his school, and his community (near and far). If you have the chance to get to know him, you will be better for it. Best wishes, TJ!
