Tyler is a great programmer, leader, and co-worker. Every time I was stuck on a problem he would be there with an almost perfect solution and when we both are stuck we work together and both learn really well from it. Tyler is very capable within a team usually being managing it or leading it to do newer and better things but he also does plenty of work by himself if one of his partners at the time is out sick and will catch them up on it the next day. A lot of companies would be glad to have him.
