  Our department considers ourselves as facilitators of change. We problem solve issues that arise or have yet to arise and implement them to the credit union as a whole. We work with both frontline staff and back office personnel to ensure that the retail experience for the member is the best possible. My typical day varies from completing tickets for changes in handbook procedures to discussing the best way to teach the frontline staff a new process. Many of these duties deal with speaking to many different people that work within the company and collaborating with my coworkers in making sure that we produce the most accurate and easily understandable changes.
