I had the pleasure of working with Tyler at GE for 14 years. Tyler has a passion for providing customers with detailed documentation that allows them to really learn about the software they’ve purchased from GE. He often asked me to review and edit his documentation before publishing it. It was such an easy task to perform because he is meticulous in his writing; his grammar, spelling, and sentence structure are as good as any professional writer. His understanding of the subject matter he writes about and his eye for just the right amount of detail to include in the documentation is exactly what any Technical Writing Manager would look for in a candidate.
