Tyler is a good dude, plain and simple. I learned a lot in speaking with him about interviewing with different personalities that frankly helped me in my day to day business. I will be honest, I had preconceived notions about recruiters based on previous experiences, and thankfully he didn’t fall into those categories. I always felt he was open and honest with me, and never felt like I was being corralled into a job I wouldn’t fit. I never felt like just another number, he always took time to talk and had good resources when prepping for an interview. Full disclosure, I ended up going with a different opportunity in the end, but he was still supportive, and even recommended people for me to talk to at my new company that he thought I would get along with. Notable achievements: Grew Forensics team from myself and two new associates to a team of 19 (2 management layers beneath me) Grew revenue from £250k PA to £2.7m PA in 3 years whilst averaging £26k per head, per month. Maintained an average attrition of 12% in 3.5 years of management. Trained managers that hired, trained, mentored and retained £400k+ billers. Personally achieved 9 promotions in 4 years MVP for London office 2018-2019 (250 consultants) Held multiple records personally and as a team including but not limited to: - Youngest Associate Director ever in Phaidon - Quickest to achieve Associate Director - First Mergers + Acquisitions deal in LVI Associates - Hired and trained the second consultant to achieve 200k invoiced in their first 6 months - Won and managed largest clients in LVI Associates including million-dollar accounts. - Helped my first 4 out of 5 hires achieve £250k minimum billings in their first year, 5th was 2nd top biller in their second year in my team. - Hired, trained, and supported the Associate that broke the record for most billed in first year in LVI, £340k.
