I have known Tyler for over 2 years. We have had multiple classes together and have been involved in the same organization. Throughout my time knowing Tyler, he has shown strong integrity and involvement in everything he does. Not only is he a good worker in school and work, but he also is a good person. For example, when my car battery died on campus and I was stranded, Tyler dropped everything and was there 10 min after I called him to help. This example shows his selflessness and loyalty. I recommend Tyler for any future employment opportunities and believe his strong character and persistence will take him far in life.

During the summer of 2019, I was an Intern Recruiter for Aston Carter, the accounting and finance division of Aerotek. I was able to learn the skill-sets within my division by diving into the recruiting process and getting hands on experience. My job responsibilities consisted of utilizing the internal resume database to search for the qualified candidates our clients were seeking. Within this process, I had the ability to make phone calls to the applicants and bring them in for one-on-one interviews to proactively work with them to determine whether their qualifications matched the client's request. I not only recruited for top talent in this division, but also was given the opportunity to shadow my manager making sales and bringing in new business. This was achieved by accompanying him during meetings of several different companies. Show less
