I started in this position as a trainer, helping develop a 3-day course that all the store users would attend before being converted to the Microsoft Dynamics AX system. While the system was still in a development phase I evolved to a power user and tester and took on the business analyst role. As the project transitioned into the roll-out phase I was the main point of contact for Tier-2 support for the help desk and the roll-out team. During the roll-out phase we continued designing and testing system enhancement developments as the need was presented. Currently I am continuing to develop the point of sale processes for more than140 stores and 6 retread plants. I am responsible for reporting issues, testing fixes, and creating enhancement specifications for bugs. As well as assisting in the development of advanced training materials. My time is split supporting our help desk as a Tier-3 consultant for how-to processes and general Dynamics expertise; continued development and testing of more efficient processes; developing advanced training materials; assisting on special projects, including national account integrations and warranty user groups; as well as visiting stores for trouble shooting and firefighting.
