I was brought on board to oversee the fit-out of one ward at the Emirates Field Hospital, Dubai Parks and Resorts. This was a 210m x 15m temporary structure, comprising of 75 en-suite rooms (all with 2 beds / furniture / OSN TV / phone line and internet connection / shower / toilet), 2 storage rooms and 2 nurses station. The Global AI Summit, organized by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), is the world’s premier platform for dialogue that brings together stakeholders from public sector, academia and private sector, including technology companies, investors, entrepreneurs and startup to shape the future of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The Global AI Summit boldly explores all aspects of AI, including its impact on socioeconomic development and challenges the global community is facing. The Global AI Summit exposes conversations most relevant to how the current and future generation can benefit from AI that is inclusive, equitable and safe. Entertainment Manager & Show Caller - Diriyah Oasis, Diriyah Seasons, Riyadh

I joined the team one month pre-event to operationally deliver pre-booked entertainment. I successfully liaised between all internal departments to deliver four main stage shows and a large number of music and roaming acts. I oversaw production build elements of the stages and worked with technical teams to deliver audio, lighting and special effects. On a day to day basis I programmed all entertainment, show called the event, filed show reports and attended Head of Department meetings daily, whilst also managing the entertainment team staff - who were in control of up to 150 international performers daily. My team and I successfully organised all flights, accommodation, on ground logistics, transport, dressing rooms, performance/technical/hospitality riders and most importantly kept morale up for the month long event in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
