• Designed complete mechanical and electrical drawing packages for electronic control panel installations, using AutoCAD LT. Designs included physical enclosure layouts complete with power distribution and control signal wiring for integrating field instrumentation. o Function tested wiring in panel shop to simulate field performance and verify designs before delivery to customer. o Created field termination detail drawings for plant electricians to use during installations. o Reviewed 480 VAC motor control center (MCC) schematics for control circuit wiring and troubleshooting assistance. • Drafted over 100 network schematics, illustrating plant-wide fiber optic cable routing, electric room fiber termination details, and copper connections to local smart devices. • Reviewed customer’s Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) to assist in generation of Human Machine Interface (HMI) screens for process visualization. • Participated in factory acceptance testing (FAT) with customers to validate programming and process expectations. • Worked with plant staff to troubleshoot and modify programming on Siemens S7-400 PLC. • Worked with plant electricians and control room operators on-site to commission projects.
