Manufacturing Supervisor

 Assisted the Manager and Director in selection, training, orientation, supervision, evaluation, development, coaching and accountability of departmental employees. Developed, implemented and revised relevant standard operating procedures, work instructions, job aids and other documents needed for the uniformity and quality of operations, including Batch Records, Planned Deviations and Quality Alerts. Responsible for the sterile processing of allograft tissue while abiding aseptic technique and adhering to all FDA, EPA, ISO, AATB, Health Canada and other regulatory standards. Supervised Birth Tissue, Dental and Process Support departments; led team meetings, organized departmental processes, enforced company policies and ensured good manufacturing practices (GMP).  Responsible for chairing regularly scheduled meetings with Team Leaders and regular meetings with each direct report to provide performance feedback, development and coaching. Delegated assignments for processing staff and ensured operational goals were while met.
