I maintain the guest wireless network infrastructure, and provide them with customer support when called upon. I was in charge of handling the employee cell phones (providing new phones, and fixing damaged cell phones). I am very familiar with the following: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Microsoft Server 2003 and 2008, MS Office 2003-2010 as well as Mac OSX.
