  I maintain the employee computer network, as well as providing employee support when needed. This support ranges from hardware issues, to software training and fixes. I deal with people on a daily basis and have great customer service skills. I also supported guests with technology support and deal hands-on with anyone experiencing issues. This gives me great opportunity to deal with new people and practice my patience, as many people are difficult to deal with while they are on vacation.   I maintained the employee computer network, as well as providing employee support when needed. I maintain the guest wireless network infrastructure, and provide them with customer support when called upon. I was in charge of handling the employee cell phones (providing new phones, and fixing damaged cell phones). I am very familiar with the following: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Microsoft Server 2003 and 2008, MS Office 2003-2010 as well as Mac OSX. In my first year, I learned how to administer a Mitel 3300 phone server/switch. I supported and maintained the lodge’s phone lines, and handled all of the programming on the phone server. Show less
