I've worked with Tyler for the last six months. She's a quick study and embedded herself into Infinity Works quickly getting to grips with the culture our maturity level, ways of working and our teams. She did this during lockdown demonstrating great resilience, drive, determination and initiative. Tyler left us in better shape than she found us making quantifiable improvements an by implementing bid best practice in an immature sales and marketing culture, one where there is often the need to educate on the 'why' as much as the 'how'. Tyler is simply a gem. As her manager, she made my life easy, intuitively knowing how to support me and the wider team best, bringing bucket loads of creativity and enthusiasm. She’s professional, friendly, organised and keeps her cool under highly pressurised circumstances. At CTM, she worked incredibly well with all members of our department and very closely with the sales team, incorporating key win themes and value propositions into our bids and presentations. She’s a self-starter and requires little management as a fully remote worker. Even when she was on a different time zone, working three months of the year from Thailand, I was always confident she’d excel in her work. Coming from outside the industry when she joined CTM, she threw herself into learning anything and everything she could in our business and made her mark very quickly. She was, and still is, well-reputed throughout the business, especially amongst the senior management team. Having worked in bid management for a long time, I can confidently say that Tyler is one of those rare bid professionals that perfectly combines a flare for design, compelling writing and a great personality. I’d hire her again in an instant.
