Completed project buyout, setup budget, created P6 schedule, project execution and resource allocation, coordination with owner and subcontractors, provide training and mentoring to new field engineers. First job to be successfully integrated into new SAP cost/quantity tracking system.

Developed dewatering system for underpass area during soil nail wall excavation to limit delays caused by excessive rain.
