  As a plant manager, I was involved in all aspects of the business, from start-up to expansion. It all started from a bankruptcy auction into a full fledged profitable company. We started from humble beginnings and after auction was done the work needed to begin. We needed to re fabricate every machine that was bought( Belts, bearings, shafts, motors, and etc.) and get it into working shape. We needed to set-up and plan an efficient way of using machinery; then automate. Since we have an operating plant; then we needed hire employees. I was in charge of hiring/firing, human resources, book work, training, and evaluating of these employees. As things start going along I became responsible for sales, networking,accounting, and expansion planning. We go from 2 shifts to 3 shifts and expanding production equipment to keep up with demand. I was also in charge of communicating and showing leadership on a daily basis for all aspects of business. Show less
