  A voluntary work placement in the Legal Services Department of Leighton Hospital. My responsibilities included investigating Medical Negligence claims against the Trust in respect of Breach of Duty, handling Public and Employer Liability Claims as well as some Small Claims, undertaking routine case and file management and drafting case synopses and letters to the NSHLA. I also attended an inquest with the team and participated in the pre-inquest meetings undertaken by the Legal Services Manager.
