I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Ty for several years while at the Holland Group. As a Regional Director, Ty did not report directly to me, however she did take direction from me regarding all areas of: human resources, workers' compensation, employee liailbities, etc. Ty was always very diligient about her job and responsbilities. She was a tremendous project management leader, she knew how to take a staffing project from scratch and build it quickly into a viable and profitable project.
