  As the Quality Coordinator I currently oversee each branch of YMA's Quality Management System (QMS), including ISO9001/IATF16949 (previously TS16949) Certification and Internal Auditing, Corrective & Preventive Actions, APQP & New Model Activity, FMEAs & Control Plans, Change Management & Process Deviations, Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) & Calibration, Document Control & Record Retention, etc.. I am also the YMA Management Rep/Liaison during any External visits from Certification Bodies, Customers, and Corporate Entities. Aside from managing the QMS, I also manage two other small wings of YMA's Quality Department consisting of Continuous Improvement ( CI ) and YMA's Training Program.   As Anixter's Quality Coordinator my main responsibility was to ensure precise inventory control and proper quality & delivery of Anixter's products while maintaining the Facility's QMS ISO9001 system. Under the direction of Anixter's Project Managers I was responsible for consolidating large orders for High-Profile Customers, fulfilling Customer Requests, completing value-added operations, and auditing the orders before shipment. The largest/longest project I coordinated was for the construction of Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium; Anixter provided a large portion of electrical components and value added products for the stadium. I was involved in nearly all 273 orders/shipments throughout the construction period and Anixter received ZERO Customer Complaints. management, Internal Auditing, Corrective & Preventive Actions, Calibration, Document Control & Record Retention.
