My rolls and responsibilities at Anthropologie included the daily freight door operation of the incoming and out going product, processing the shipment (censoring, folding and warehousing/back stocking) and any maintenance needs of our store. I managed any and all "floor moves" which required outsourced labor and difficult midnight shifts to complete. This included a high level of "hands-on" management of the out-sourced labor to keep them on track and on time to complete the moves. I helped organize work-flow, assembly, paint preparation and packaging. I was part of a skilled team of craftsmen in an environment where quality was the most important factor in the end product. I was a co-lead in the design project for a very large tube project that would eventually become the company standard and a huge success for the company they were designed for in the Grand Canyon.
