I travel around our Northeast territory visiting with customers in the trucking industry and help them get all of the replacement parts for their fleets to keep their companies efficient with less down time. This position requires building solid relationships with clients and earning their trust and respect, and for that I take great pride in what I do and constantly strive to put my best foot forward daily. Division Manager
-
Mar 2006 - May 2009
Rothwell Landscape was my first introduction into the managment scene. I was in charge of roughly 20 people and this was quite a learning experience for me. This position taught me how to recruit and maintain employees, boost company morale, the importance of building strong customer relationships, and just an all around sense of responsibility. I will be eternally grateful to this company for taking a chance on me to be in a position of leadership at an early age. Rothwell Landscape was my first introduction into the managment scene.
